Effective September 25, 2026. These terms concern the BLYX website and introductory conversations.

What BLYX offers

BLYX Sales Desk provides customized voice-receptionist implementation for clinics, with a one-time setup fee, recurring maintenance and separate provider usage charges. Service descriptions explain our approach; availability, capabilities and deliverables are agreed for each project.

A conversation is not a purchase

Browsing this website, contacting BLYX or booking an introductory conversation does not purchase services or create a service agreement. Before work begins, a separate written agreement will define the scope, deliverables, support, fees, billing, cancellations and each party’s responsibilities. That agreement governs the purchased services.

There is no charge merely for making an inquiry. Project terms and any separate platform or usage costs are explained before work begins. No fee or subscription is accepted through this website.

Using the website

Use the website and its contact channels lawfully. Share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not impersonate anyone, submit harmful material or interfere with the website. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or patient information or confidential clinic records through an inquiry or booking form.

Clinic demonstrations

Cedar Grove Clinic and its receptionist are fictional. Voice samples demonstrate an AI-generated voice, not a real clinic service. They do not book real appointments, provide medical advice or replace an emergency service. Production clinic connections, handling of patient information and any required agreements must be reviewed separately before launch.

Scheduling and other websites

A Calendly link opens a separate scheduling service with its own terms and privacy practices. A meeting is booked only when that service confirms it. Use the cancellation or rescheduling instructions in your confirmation, or contact BLYX. Third-party availability and website content may change.

Website information

We aim to keep this website accurate and may update it as BLYX develops. Examples are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. Website descriptions do not replace the written agreement for purchased services. Updates to these website terms do not change an existing service agreement unless that agreement permits the change.
